  • Responsible for the design, and clean implementation, of CSS, (X)HTML, tableless layouts within cross-browser compatible environments while promoting "Best Practice" concept and techniques.
  • Responsible for performing regular maintenance, and repairs, on lead generation portals and landing pages.  Duties include:  content changes, JavaScript and XML form validation upgrades, and updates to images, and other static content, by using Akamai’s Content Control Utility.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Marketing, Business and “Consumer Experience” teams to strategize and implement plans to drive traffic to CUSA site and client landing pages.
  • Involved in A/B and Multivariate version testing on various forms and landing pages where the intent is to increase conversion rates. Responsibilities range from design, to front-end development, to implementation of tests using the Omniture Test&Target control panel.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on email marketing campaigns and online partnerships content with companies such as: MSN, AOL, Dice.com and Careerbuilder.com
  • Was a key factor in pushing the main website to the 2.0 platform and continue to be a key player in the new 3.0 initiative.
